I hereby cordially invite you, all of you who like, know and master the art of cooking and baking in an outdoor oven to the 7th international festival. This years gathering will be held July 8-10. in Pribenik, Slovakia themed
Europe on the Table.
We gain insight to the fabulous dishes baked in the outdoor oven and the unique equipment and techniques used in Europe and our closer environment the Carpathian Basin.
We cook and bake according to traditions using different types of mobile ovens, kettles, barbaques and other structures.We can and will exchange experience, recipies, all different kinds of practical tricks of the trade and naturally spirits and brandy of the region, as they as live and leaern. Entertainment will be provided by local folklore groups and in the evening you could unwind and loose the gained calories at the dances.
We await all fans and friends of outdoor baking and cooking. Also, all of you who have some special and unique baking or cooking device to show the particular and special Gastro Technology currently found in Europe .

Getting to know eachother, camp sight building and occupation, preparing the the kitchens and a bread baking presentation.
Daycare service is provided for the smaller children with a bouncy castle and slides so that the parents could prepare for the competition with no worries.

Pre-ordered tasting tickets are also available at a 1,30 €/ticket price that allow you to try food at the stands of the competing teams and also the main kitchen. Depending on the amount and the ingredients of the dish you will need to pay 1-3 tasting tickets. The value of 1,00 € the tasting tickets spent at the stands will be granted to the competitors at the end of the day to support their competition and compensate expenses.
For those who do not want to pay the entrance fee including meals but would like to eat at the main kitchen may use the tasting tickets as follows:

On the sight of the festival there is a possibility of setting up tents which can be used for 4,00 €/person/night. There will be many mobile restrooms and showers at the campsight and festival grounds.
